Practical guide

Viewer records and creator sharing

Keep private notes, find prior activity and understand exactly what is shared with friends.

What you will be able to doYou can find a viewer, keep notes private and review a shared layout before applying it.

Before you start

  • The correct creator account and its saved viewer records.
  • An accepted creator friendship if you want to exchange messages or positions.

Understand what a record proves

Viewers appear as iTok receives their activity. A profile can include reported membership and recorded activity, but a missing entry does not prove the viewer never visited or interacted. Connection gaps and unavailable provider fields limit the record.

Search names, tags or notes, then use the available filters and sort choices. People, analytics and creator friends serve different purposes; do not read an engagement total as an independent account-verification result.

Keep private notes separate from public content

  1. Open the intended viewer and confirm their identity before editing.
  2. Use the profile’s notes and tags for your own organization. Review comments in their separate section when available.
  3. Use the voice controls for a viewer-specific assignment if appropriate; those controls are separate from the note itself.
  4. Keep passwords, payment information and sensitive personal details out of free-text notes and support reports.

Share with a creator friend

Accepted creator friends can exchange messages and share overlay positions. Review the sender and the attachment before applying it. A shared position layout is not a transfer of your private viewer notes, voice library or account credentials.

Use the shared preview to compare orientation and placement with your own scene. Your current artwork and private settings have their own boundaries. Applying positions is an explicit action; reading a message should not alter the output.

Review access when circumstances change

Use the available remove or block controls when you no longer want contact. Confirm destructive changes in their own interface rather than trying to erase a relationship by hiding its card.

If records appear under the wrong creator, check the active account and browser profile first. Report a redacted example with the relevant time and tool, without copying another viewer’s private history into a public channel.

Did this help you finish the task?

These instructions describe the reviewed iTok beta. Provider access and physical-device behavior still need to be checked in your setup.
