Using iTok.
These terms apply to iTok at itokstudio.com, its desktop app and its overlay services. iTok is an independent beta. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

Your agreement
By using iTok, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the age and eligibility requirements of TikTok and any other platform you connect. If you use iTok for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.
The invited beta
iTok provides tools for arranging stream overlays, setting up alerts and automations, and using sounds and text-to-speech. Creating an account or downloading the app does not grant access to beta tools. Access depends on an active individual invitation and may be limited, changed or withdrawn as the beta develops.
The current invited beta is free. It does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Any future paid offer would have its price and billing terms presented separately before you choose to purchase it.
Your account and stream
Use an email address and connected accounts you are authorized to use. Keep sign-in codes, private overlay links and connection credentials secure. You control what appears or plays on your stream, including chat messages, viewer names, media, generated speech and automatic actions. Check your settings and previews before using them in a broadcast.
Do not share beta access, impersonate another person, bypass access restrictions, interfere with the service, or attempt to access someone else’s accounts or data. Use the service lawfully and follow the rules of the platforms you connect.
Your content and permissions
You keep your rights to the content you provide. You give iTok permission to store, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide the features you use, such as saving a profile, playing an uploaded sound or showing an overlay. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded images, GIFs, videos, music, voices and any content you broadcast.
Publicly available media or a community voice appearing in a library is not proof of a license, endorsement or consent from the person depicted. Do not use voices or media to deceive people about identity or endorsement, violate privacy, infringe rights, harass people or create unlawful content. A library listing does not grant rights that the original owner has not granted.
Connected services
TikTok, Euler Stream, voice providers and streaming software are separate services with their own terms. You authorize only the connections and actions you choose in iTok. Availability depends on those services, your access and their technical limits. iTok cannot promise that every tap, gift, rank, battle result or other event will be supplied accurately or without delay.
Rankings and counters are stream information, not a financial record or a guarantee of earnings. When a provider does not supply a value, iTok may show that it is unavailable. A connection to one service does not imply approval or partnership with another.
Desktop and automatic actions
Use only downloads you trust from the official iTok website. Platform support and beta limitations are described on the download page. If you connect a local companion or configure actions for streaming software, you are responsible for the targets and permissions you select. Keep a way to pause or stop automatic actions during a stream.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains account data, stream information, uploaded media, voice processing and your choices. Private overlay links are intended for your streaming software; anyone who obtains one may be able to view the associated output.
Availability and responsibility
The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. Features may change, fail or be interrupted, and stored settings should not be your only copy of important content. We do not promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device or third-party update.
To the extent allowed by law, iTok is not responsible for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, missing third-party events, lost opportunities or content you choose to broadcast. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Stopping use and account removal
You may stop using iTok at any time. Disconnect services and remove browser sources from your streaming software when you no longer want them used. The Setup page includes “Delete my stored data” for deleting your account and its associated stored data. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, meet legal requirements or end the beta.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be announced through the website or app; any new paid agreement will require a separate choice.
For questions, rights concerns or support, use Send feedback in the Beta hub. A free account is enough to send feedback; beta tool access is not required. Do not include passwords, access codes or private overlay links.
